The 2 Bedroom units which are around 1,560sf – 2,260sf will cost between $715,000 – $2,245,000. Then there are the Penthouses, which are more pricey, but well worth it!  Wow! 10 years! When I first embarked on this journey I had NO idea I would fall so hard for this career.
